Admissions Policy

The first step towards applying to RHP is signing up for a tour of the school. Once you’ve toured, we’ll share the online application link with you.

Our primary interest in making admissions decisions is to balance our classes by age and gender. Priority for admission goes first to returning students and siblings of current and alumni students. Once priority spots have been filled, children are selected by lottery based on age and gender.

You may enroll your child full-time Monday–Friday, or choose a 3-day a week schedule. Please see below for the range of schedules we offer.

Our application and admissions process begins in the fall for the following school year. Its timeline is as follows:

Mid-fall, 2019 - Families sign up through our website for a tour of the school. Tours are the first step in RHP’s process.  All families must take a tour prior to submitting an application.

Late November, 2019 - Applications and Parent Handbook, including updated tuition information, sent out to all families who attended a tour.

January 8, 2020 - Applications are due for all families.*

January 27, 2020 – RHP notifies returning families and siblings of admission status.

February 3, 2020 – Deadline to accept returning families and sibling spots.

February 10, 2020 – RHP notifies new families of admission status. Your first tuition payment, along with your admission contract, will be due upon acceptance of your spot.

March 5, 2020 - Parent reply deadline for offered spots.


*A $100 non-refundable application fee is required along with the completed application.
